History of Musbury Primary School

Musbury County Primary School was opened on the 4th February, 1878. There were 65 children attending school at the time of opening, and they would have stayed at the school until they reached the age of 14. The first Headteacher was called Harriet Louisa Parslow.

A separate Infant Classroom was built in 1956 and was extended in January 1994. At this time indoor toilets were put in to the School House.
